Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health, social needs, and behavioral challenges to inform treatment planning Deliver evidence-based interventions including crisis management, motivational interviewing, and addiction counseling to support recovery and resilience Provide crisis intervention services during acute episodes, ensuring safety and stabilization for clients in distress Develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with client goals and community resources Supervise and mentor junior staff or interns, fostering professional growth and maintaining high-quality service delivery Collaborate with healthcare providers, child welfare agencies, Section 8 housing programs, and workforce development initiatives to coordinate care and support services Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and service outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards such as Medicare requirements Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent credential Able to supervise LCSW-S Proven experience in behavioral health settings with a focus on social work, crisis intervention, or addiction counseling Strong skills in crisis management, behavioral health assessment, and motivational interviewing techniques Knowledge of child welfare systems, childcare considerations, and Section 8 housing programs is highly desirable Experience supervising staff or mentoring interns is preferred Familiarity with Medicare regulations and workforce development programs enhances your ability to serve diverse populations effectively Excellent communication skills coupled with a compassionate approach to client care Join us in creating impactful change through dedicated social work practice!
