Salary Range:
$82,305.60 - $123,448.00 annually For Information on Employee Benefits The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides comprehensive behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and care coordination services to patients across the continuum of care. The LCSW delivers evidence-based psychotherapy and psychosocial interventions while collaborating with medical providers, interdisciplinary teams, and community resources to support whole-person care. This position practices within the scope of licensure and in accordance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.
What you will be doing:
Clinical Assessment & Treatment Conduct psychosocial assessments, establish DSM-5 diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group psychotherapy. Assess and manage patient risk, including crisis intervention and stabilization as needed. Care Coordination & Collaboration Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support integrated patient care. Coordinate referrals and connect patients with internal and community behavioral health resources. Participate in case conferences and advocate for patient access to appropriate services. Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EHR in compliance with billing and regulatory standards. Ensure patient confidentiality and adherence to organizational and regulatory requirements. Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Professional Practice Maintain current licensure and knowledge of best practices in behavioral health. Engage in peer consultation, continuing education, and departmental performance initiatives.
What you will bring:
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.). Crisis assessment and intervention expertise. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a healthcare setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with electronic health records. Ability to manage a caseload effectively.
Your Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program. Current, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the State of Washington. Minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred. Current BLS certification Ability to maintain licensure and required continuing education.
