Weeks Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Medical Social Worker (MSW) to provide care coordination, discharge planning, and psychosocial support services in a busy acute care hospital setting. Candidates with diverse case management experience are strongly preferred.Assignment Details:

13 Weeks Minimum 1 year of experience required First-time travelers accepted Every other weekend required Guaranteed 72 hours per 2-week pay periodRequired Qualifications:
