Contract Job Duties:

Conduct crisis, suicide, homicide, and behavioral health risk assessments for adult and pediatric patients in the Emergency Department. Evaluate psychosocial needs, develop appropriate intervention, and discharge plans. Provide crisis counseling, stabilization, and support to patients and families. Coordinate referrals to community resources, behavioral health programs, and inpatient services as appropriate. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Epic electronic medical record system. Support patient advocacy and compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. Float to affiliated facilities, when operationally necessary and perform similar duties.

Job Requirements:

Current Washington State Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in good standing., Full professional licensure required; associate-level licenses will not be accepted. Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification. 1+ years of experience conducting crisis and behavioral health risk assessments for both adult and pediatric populations. Strong clinical judgment and crisis intervention skills.

Schedule:

Night Shift 4:00 PM - 2:00

AM Pay:
