The facility provides comprehensive mental health services through a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Credentialing for this position typically requires 30 to 90 days to complete. About the Clinicians Workday The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide mental health services during full-time Monday through Friday day shifts, treating patients of all ages across both inpatient and outpatient settings. The clinician will conduct therapeutic assessments, deliver individual and group therapy sessions, and provide crisis intervention services while maintaining a daily caseload of approximately 8 patients. Primary responsibilities include developing treatment plans and coordinating care with the multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners. Thorough documentation of all therapeutic interactions is required throughout the assignment.
