About the TeamThe Intensive Outpatient team delivers comprehensive behavioral health services to children and youth. Our clinicians provide individualized treatment planning, psychotherapy, and group services designed to help young people build skills and thrive within their communities. We specialize in trauma-informed and trauma-focused care, cognitive behavioral therapy, and family-centered interventions.

Alaska Behavioral Health is a recognized site within the National Child Traumatic Stress Network and serves as a training hub for childhood mental health and trauma-focused treatment.

What Youll DoParticipate in regular individual and group supervision and be provided with additional training opportunities as part of our professional development planProvide behavioral health services in the Anchorage area and state-wide via telehealth using evidenced-based practices including Attachment, Self-Regulation and Competency (ARC). Trauma-Focused CBT, and MATCH. Develop and implement group programming for youth. Good To KnowPosition is based in Anchorage, AlaskaFull-Time, Exempt Pay Range is $73,100 to $89,000 (Unlicensed) and $80,500 to $103,320 (Licensed) depending on experience. (Eligible for up to $25,537 in incentive with the average being $9,370)Pre-licensed Clinicians are eligible for a $5,000 hiring bonus; Licensed Clinicians are eligible for a $10,000 hiring bonus, which requires a two-year employment commitmentStudent Loan Repayment and Tuition Assistance is Available Professional Growth is encouraged!

Clinicians participate in regular individual and group supervision and are provided with additional training opportunities as part of our professional development plan.

What We Need from YouYou have a master or doctoral degree from an accredited institutionYoure a Unlicensed or Licensed Clinician (LPC, LMFT, LCSW required). AKBH can assist with providing licensure on site for Unlicensed Clinicians.
