The Opportunity This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team where therapy is integrated with advanced psychiatric care and innovative treatment options. As a Therapist in our Eagle River clinic, you will work with adult patients only, supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and life stressors, many of whom are seeking care after other treatments have not been effective. You'll be supported by psychiatric providers, administrative staff, and leadership who are committed to helping you develop as a clinician, while maintaining a healthy work/ life balance. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and biopsychosocial evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches Provide individual therapy services to adult patients Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, holistic care Maintain timely, accurate documentation in Tebra (EHR system) Participate in team meetings, supervision, and professional development opportunities Engage in community outreach and relationship-building to support referral growth What We're Looking For Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Current Alaska license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, or ability to obtain prior to start date Early-career clinicians are encouraged to apply (post-licensure experience preferred but not required) Strong foundational clinical skills and a desire to continue learning and growing Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to patient-centered care Comfort with EHR systems and basic technology Work Environment & Expectations 36 patient-facing hours per week Flexible scheduling options Structured, supportive environment designed to help clinicians build confidence and consistency Administrative and clinical support to reduce burnout and allow you to focus on patient care Dedicated time for documentation and care coordination Why Join Us We don't just value our team, we actively invest in your growth as a clinician and professional.
