Job Description

Jenkins-Richardson & Associates Counseling and Consulting (JRACC) is an established outpatient mental health practice in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. We serve adults, adolescents, and couples across a range of clinical needs. Our team includes fully licensed clinicians, provisionally licensed clinicians under supervision, and a dedicated administrative team that supports our clinical work.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time fully licensed clinician to join our team. The position involves direct clinical work with a caseload of approximately 25 sessions per week, calculated monthly. The role includes a mix of daytime and evening hours, with evening availability being important to meet client demand.
Compensation:
$60,000 to $78,000 per year depending on caseload and productivity, paid monthly through a 65/35 revenue split.

Requirements:
Fully licensed in Alabama as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Experience providing outpatient mental health services to adolescents and adults Willingness to work some evening hours to meet client demand Strong clinical documentation skills Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development
Preferred:
Couples therapy experience or interest Specialty training or certifications relevant to outpatient mental health practice
