Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LMSW or ALC to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapeutic support to individuals, particularly those with psychiatric and substance abuse disorders. This role requires a commitment to fostering mental health and well-being in a supportive environment, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and assessments. Duties Provide counseling services to individuals and families, focusing on psychiatric and substance abuse disorders. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Stay informed about medical terminology and ICD-10 coding for accurate reporting and billing purposes. Offer telehealth services as needed, ensuring accessibility for clients who may not be able to attend in-person sessions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes for clients. Facilitate Group Therapy Experience A valid license as an ALC or LMSW required Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10 coding, and HIPAA compliance is highly desirable.
