Group Facilitator:

Time Wellness Center is seeking an experienced group facilitator and/or a licensed professional for a group therapist position.

Acceptable licensures include:

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMCW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). The group facilitator will have an opportunity to treat clients in a group setting. Responsibilities of a

Group Facilitator:

Lead and facilitate therapeutic or psychoeducational group sessions using evidence-informed approaches Support clients in exploring emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal challenges in a safe and respectful environment Recognize and appropriately respond to signs of distress or crisis, following established procedures Observe, assess, and document client participation and behavior during groups Communicate any concerns or unusual incidents to the Clinical Director or appropriate supervisor Collaborate with the treatment team to support overall client careEmbody and uphold the mission, vision, and values of Time Wellness Center Demonstrate reliability, initiative, and a strong commitment to client-centered care Minimum Qualifications for a

Group Facilitator:

1-2 years of experience in substance abuse and/or mental health treatment with at least one year of experience with facilitating groups. Ability to lead group sessions. CPI and CPR/FA training highly desired
