Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide mental health counseling, crisis intervention, and therapeutic support to individuals, families, and groups. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions Offer crisis intervention and emotional support services Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with psychiatrist, nurses, and case managers Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Ensure compliance with ethical standards, HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Arkansas Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred Strong knowledge of behavioral health practices and community resources Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Preferred Skills Experience in mental health, and community-based settings Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Benefits Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan options Supportive and collaborative work environment Schedule Full-time Monday- Friday, 8 am-4 pm
