Our practice offers outpatient therapy, psychological evaluations, school-based counseling, community mental health support, and specialized pediatric behavioral health programs. Position Summary Still Waters is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide individual, family, and group therapy to pediatric and adolescent clients across clinic, community, and school settings. The LPC will play a key role in supporting emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs while partnering with caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers. This position is ideal for a clinician who is compassionate, self-motivated, and passionate about working with children and families. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group therapy for children and adolescents. Develop and implement age-appropriate, evidence-based treatment plans. Conduct psychosocial assessments and formulate accurate diagnoses. Offer parent/caregiver coaching and education to support treatment goals. Provide school-based counseling and collaborate with educators when applicable. Maintain timely and compliant documentation within the EMR (SimplePractice preferred). Coordinate care with psychologists, pediatricians, case managers, and community partners. Participate in case consultations and interdisciplinary team discussions. Follow Arkansas Board of Examiners in Counseling rules and ethical guidelines. QualificationsRequired Active LPC licensure in the state of Arkansas. Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health, or related field. Experience working with children, adolescents, and families. Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic competency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Experience with one or more of the following: Trauma-informed care Play therapy or child-centered modalities Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) Family systems work Autism spectrum or neurodevelopmental populations Experience in school-based or community mental health programs. Bilingual (not required but preferred).
