JOB SUMMARY
To provide direct client care as well as supervision of Qualified Behavioral Health Providers employed by Harbor House, Inc. Qualification s To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily in a timely manner. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must be proficient in all Office Suite productivity tools: Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Outlook. Must be knowledgeable of Electronic Health Record systems. Must be an LCSW or LPC. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, analytical and problem solving skills; customer service skills, and supervision of personnel, including counselors. Must have knowledge of state rules and regulations; excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills. Education and/or Experience Possess independent Behavioral Health licensure in Arkansas as an LCSW or LPC with five (5) years' experience in behavioral health services. The individual must be able to sit for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds. Job Duties Provide direct behavioral health Delegate and oversee work assignments of Qualified Behavioral Health Providers, Certified Peer Specialists, Certified Youth Support Specialists and Certified Family Support Partners. Ensure compliance and conformity to the provider's policies and Provide direct supervision of Qualified Behavioral Health Providers, Certified Peer Specialists, Certified Youth Support Specialists and Certified Family Support Provide case consultation and in-service Observe and evaluate performance of Qualified Behavioral Health Providers, Certified Youth Specialists, and Certified Family Support Partners. Provide supervision as a LMHP, to include: assessment and referral skills, including the accuracy of assessments appropriateness of treatment or service interventions in relation to the client needs treatment/intervention effectiveness as reflected by the client meeting individual goals issues of ethics, legal aspects of clinical practice and professional standards the provision of feedback that enhances the skills of direct service personnel clinical documentation issues identified through ongoing compliance review cultural competency issues all areas noted as deficient or needing improvement communication between an MHP and the MHP's supervisor must include each of the above at least every twelve (12) months; documented client-specific face-to-face and and other necessary communication regarding client care must occur between each MHP's supervisor and the MHP periodically (no less than every 90 days) in accordance with a schedule maintained in the provider's official records Attend and actively participate in Learning Monitor programs to comply with state and CARF Other duties as Ensure compliance with quality treatment Per insurance, all applicants must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
