Associate Therapist (LAC/LAMFT) - Glendale, AZ About Us At Compassionate Pathways Counseling, we foster a professional environment where clinicians can do their best work. Key Responsibilities Conduct individual, adolescent, and couples therapy sessions. Maintain client records and complete progress notes. Participate in weekly group case consultation (Thursdays 1-2 PM) and individual supervision. Minimum 15 hours commitment per week with flexibility for telehealth, based on client demand. Essential Qualifications Eligible for LAC or LAMFT licensure in Arizona. Enrolled in an accredited master's counseling program. Strong communication skills and openness to feedback. Professionalism, time management, self-awareness. Reliability, adaptability, and genuine desire to contribute to a supportive therapy practice. Preferred Qualities Foundational clinical skills or prior counseling experience. Interest in various populations including couples, adolescents, and individual adults.
