This role is uniquely designed for clinicians who thrive on a balance of structured group facilitation, individual counseling, and leadership, all while offering an industry-leading compensation model. You will partner with an opposing shift BHP to ensure seamless program coverage and provide weekly clinical supervision to a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) who assists with the groups. Your day will include 1 hour of direct group facilitation. The remainder of your shift is dedicated to individual sessions, leadership/supervision, and case management. Some job duties could potentially have the option to be done remotely.

Supervision Stipend:

An additional clinical rate weekly rate for supervising program BHTs and reviewing documentation.

Exceptional Income Potential:

Realistically earn $105,768 (safely accounting for a standard 20% cancellation rate), with the built-in potential to clear $136,968 as you maximize your assigned caseload.

Built-in Case Management Time:

Your schedule explicitly allocates paid time for documentation and case management.

Predictable Caseload:

All individual clients (up to 20 assigned) and group tracks are managed and scheduled. Key Responsibilities Facilitate 5 IOP group sessions per week (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM depending on shift). Conduct individual counseling sessions on alternating blocks/days, targeting an average of 12-15 completed sessions weekly from your assigned caseload. Provide weekly clinical supervision to the program BHT, including document review and administrative oversight. Manage case notes, treatment plans, and coordination of care within your designated daily shift hours. Collaborate closely with your opposing-shift BHP peer to maintain continuity of care. Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Active state licensure as a BHP (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) qualified to provide supervision. Experience with IOP structures or group facilitation preferred. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
