We are looking for a therapist who is eager to deepen their expertise in treating complex trauma and dissociative disorders within a supportive, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment. We provide comprehensive treatment for adults experiencing a variety of psychological concerns, with a specialized focus on Complex Trauma and Dissociative Disorders. Chelsey Valeri, LCSW, co-owner and Clinical Director of HFC, has over a decade of experience specializing in complex trauma treatment. She has extensive training in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and trauma-focused care and is passionate about mentoring clinicians who are committed to developing advanced trauma treatment skills. We are dedicated to trauma-informed care and seek clinicians who value both personal and professional growth while providing compassionate, evidence-based treatment. Clinical Focus Healing Foundations Center providers specialize in the treatment of: Complex Trauma and Dissociative Disorders Anxiety Disorders Mood Disorders Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Self-Harm Behaviors Substance Use Disorders Personality Disorders Our clinical framework incorporates a variety of evidence-based and trauma-informed modalities, including: Structural Dissociation Theory Somatic Experiencing (SE) Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Solution-Focused Therapy Person-Centered Therapy Strength-Based Approaches Providers facilitate both Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups and individual therapy sessions. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate has experience working with complex trauma, dissociation, attachment injuries, and nervous system dysregulation and is comfortable integrating relational, somatic, and trauma-focused approaches into treatment.
