You must be licensed by the AZBBHE. Supervision will be provided. Responsibilities • Provide counseling services to our clients. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, progress, and outcomes in accordance with licensing board standards. Complete treatment plans for assigned clients. Qualifications A Masters degree in Social Work or Counseling is required; Associate level licensure is needed. Experience in social work, childcare, crisis management, or crisis intervention is highly desirable. Familiarity with behavioral health practices. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for effective case documentation. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in social work/counseling.
