Pay:

$40-$60 per session, based on licensure and experience Schedule Flexible scheduling based on individual availability. This role begins with a smaller caseload, with the expectation of gradually growing to 15+ clients per week over time. Caseloads build gradually and are not immediate. This role is best suited for someone who is not relying on immediate full-time hours and is comfortable building a consistent caseload over time. About Healing 180 Counseling Healing 180 Counseling is a Christ-centered, trauma-informed private practice located in Surprise, Arizona. We provide supportive, high-quality, evidence-based care to teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, spiritual concerns, and major life transitions. Guided by Christian values, our work is rooted in integrity, compassion, and a genuine desire to help clients move toward lasting healing and meaningful change. Position Overview We are seeking a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) who is motivated to grow professionally and build a caseload over time within a supportive, Christ-centered private practice. The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, and able to thoughtfully integrate faith into therapy when it aligns with the client's goals. Key Responsibilities Provide therapy using evidence-based approaches appropriate to each client's needs and goals Integrate faith into sessions when aligned with client preferences and goals Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans Maintain timely, accurate, and audit-ready documentation in compliance with HIPAA, AZBBHE, and ethical standards Actively participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development What We Offer Competitive per-session compensation based on licensure and experience Flexible scheduling with autonomy to build your caseload over time Clinical supervision for LACs (provided at no cost) Fully furnished, professional office space in Surprise, Arizona HIPAA-compliant systems with optional telehealth (as clinically appropriate) Supportive environment with opportunities for clinical growth Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling or a related field Active Arizona licensure as a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) through AZBBHE Alignment with a Christian worldview and comfort integrating faith into clinical work when appropriate Availability for in-person sessions Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work independently To Apply If this feels like a good fit, we would love to connect with you.
