Part-Time Position Summary:

Alliance Behavioral Health is a newly integrated clinic seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)(LISAC)(LSCW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services, including comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and individualized therapy to diverse client populations. This role requires a professional who is committed to helping clients achieve mental wellness through evidence-based practices and empathetic support.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other healthcare professionals. Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing). Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure continuity of care. Offer crisis intervention services as needed. Participate in regular supervision, team meetings, and professional development activities. Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements for LPCs.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Arizona. Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health assessments, treatment planning, and individual therapy preferred. Or currently in need of
