Job Description

Licensed Mental Health Clinician — Anaheim, Institutes of Health (IOH) | Full-Time | In-Person
BILINGUAL - ENGLISH/SPANISH A PLUS
We are hiring and will consider a Post-Doctoral Psychological Associate, Licensed Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC — your qualifications and licensure status will determine where you fall in the salary range. $95,000 - $110,000 — Post-Doctoral Psychological Associate $110,000 - $140,000 — Licensed Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC Who we are Institutes of Health (IOH) has built something genuinely uncommon: a transdisciplinary care environment where every injured worker is treated through the combined lens of mind, body, and function — not routed between specialists who never speak to each other. At IOH, injured workers receive the level of care they actually need. For many, that means unimodal treatment — focused, expert care that gets them back to work. For those with more complex needs, IOH offers some of the most specialized intensive outpatient programs available anywhere: a Functional Restoration Program for chronic pain and CRPS, a PTSD Intensive Outpatient Program for First Responders and Civilians, and a Brain Injury Program — all built on gold standard, evidence-based protocols delivered by a fully integrated transdisciplinary team. Our patients are fighting to get their lives back. Our clinicians are the reason many of them do.

institutesofhealth.org | Read our patient Google Reviews This role is for clinicians who love treatment If you went into this field to do therapy — to sit with patients, build trust, drive real clinical change, and watch people recover — this role was built for you. No evaluations. No forensic reports. Every hour you are clinical, you are treating. Your caseload is built around follow-up sessions with patients you know, in a specialty setting where the work is complex, meaningful, and genuinely rewarding. This is one full-time position, at our Anaheim clinic, that starts in person and will move into a hybrid telehealth model once you are working independently. You will carry an average of 6 patients per day. If you are a Post-Doctoral Psychological Associate, you will work under the supervision of a licensed IOH psychologist and accumulate hours towards licensure. If you are a Licensed Psychologist, you may have the opportunity to supervise psychological associates toward their licensure hours, contribute to program development, and grow into organizational leadership. IOH provides dedicated staff to manage your MPN credentialing from day one. What the role involves Individual psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities:
