Role:

Therapist will provide clinical and counseling services to clients in various types of facilities. Using appropriate interventions and psychotherapy modalities to assist clients in reaching their specific identified goals. Collaborate with other behavioral health specialists and provides individual and group therapy to improve or assist their capacity for functioning. Services are provided in the field, not remotely, requiring flexibility, creativity and a client-centered approach.

Psychologist Job Duties:

Conduct initial assessments and complete intake documentation. Utilize therapeutic modalities to meet client needs. Provide individual and group therapy and complete required documentation. Collaborate with treatment teams, community resources and referral sources. Provide crisis intervention and phone support when needed.

Minimum qualifications:

Professional license Detailed knowledge of counseling and group therapy theories Excellent listening and communication skills Experience and knowledge working with trauma, substance use and homeless populations.
