We provide compassionate, trauma-informed care to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment. We are seeking a Part-Time Associate Therapist (AMFT/ASW) or Licensed Therapist (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC) who is passionate about trauma-informed therapy and working with diverse populations. Experience working with elementary-age children (ages 5-12) and their families is required. We are looking for someone available for a minimum of 10 direct client hours per week, with availability on Wednesdays and/or Sundays in person, with telehealth options on other days. Caseload builds gradually, with an expected minimum of 10 hours typically reached within the first couple of months. Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to children (ages 5+), adolescents, adults, and families Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress Provide trauma-informed psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, somatic modalities, or other integrative methods (, Brainspotting if trained) Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards Participate in case consultation meetings; weekly in-person group supervision (Fridays, 10am-12pm) is required for associates and optional for licensed clinicians Collaborate with colleagues to support high-quality, coordinated client care Provide in-person sessions on Wednesdays and/or Sundays with telehealth options on other days Compensation & Benefits Clinical pay $40-$60/hour, commensurate with licensure status and experience Paid administrative rate for supervision, meetings, and required trainings Health insurance available for clinicians maintaining 21 or more direct client hours per week 401(k) with employer match Combined PTO/Sick Time Professional development stipend Clinical supervision and mentorship for associates Free EMDR or Brainspotting consultation toward certification for therapists who are already trained — please note we do not provide basic EMDR or Brainspotting training. A two-year commitment is required once consultation is started.
