Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Therapist to join our Men's Residential Program. This role involves providing both group and individual therapy to residents, with a focus on mental health, substance use recovery, and trauma-informed care. Additionally, the therapist will engage in outreach efforts, offering therapy to individuals in temporary shelters or those experiencing homelessness. This position requires flexibility and adaptability, as duties may evolve based on program and organizational needs. The therapist must be able to adjust to changing client needs and contribute to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions for men in the residential program. Conduct mental health assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide crisis intervention as needed. Collaborate with case managers, medical staff, and support teams to ensure holistic care. Offer therapy and mental health support to unhoused individuals in shelters or community settings. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency policies. Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing training to enhance service delivery. Adapt to changing client and program needs as directed by the organization.Qualifications:
Active licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in the state of [Insert State]. Experience working in residential treatment, substance use recovery, or homeless services preferred. Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and harm reduction approaches. Ability to work flexibly to meet client and program needs.
