Provide therapy (in-person and telehealth) and facilitate groups. Seeking someone committed to diverse populations, growth, and professional development. New associates welcome. Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Registered with the BBS as AMFT, ACSW, or APCC Strong interest in working with individuals, couples, and families in diverse communities Bilingual (English/Vietnamese/Chinese/Spanish) a plus but not required Reliable, professional, and committed to clinical growth Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Responsibilities Responsibilities Conduct intake assessments and establish diagnoses using DSM-5 and appropriate ICD-10 codes Provide individual, couples, and family therapy (in-person and via telehealth) addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, parenting concerns, and behavioral challenges Utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, EMDR-informed care, and Gottman Method interventions Support clients in building practical coping skills and improving communication and functioning Complete timely, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes Facilitate groups and classes as assigned Collaborate with supervisor and team as needed for case consultation and continuity of care What We Offer Weekly individual and/or group supervision with a licensed LMFT (meets BBS requirements) Clinical guidance and supervision in evidence-based practices (CBT, trauma-informed care, anger management, couples therapy, parenting programs) Mentorship to develop the knowledge and skills needed for building your own private practice Manageable caseload
