The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing therapeutic support and guidance to individuals in need. This position offers the opportunity to work with First Responders and experience with this population is a plus. We are a small facility. Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and counseling to individuals dealing with behavioral health issues
• Conduct psychoeducational sessions to address emotional and dual diagnosis criteria.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Offer counseling services and case management
• Drive clients to meetings and doctor appointments Qualifications
• Previous experience working in a clinical or counseling setting is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Certification or licensure in counseling or related field is a must
