On Call Weekends Pay:
$70-80k About Us Connections Mental Health is a licensed residential mental health facility specializing in treating individuals with co-occurring psychiatric disorders. We are deeply committed to fostering a therapeutic environment where healing and growth thrive. Our programming includes gender-specific and co-ed group therapy, individual therapy, and comprehensive case management, delivered with professionalism, heart, and purpose. We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. What You'll Do:
Provide individual therapy and lead 1-2 therapy groups weekly . Maintain a caseload of 6 clients , ensuring personalized care and attention. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Use therapeutic modalities including psychodynamic approaches , family systems , CBT , and DBT . Document all services in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Collaborate with clinical team and coordinate with community resources. Perform risk assessments , utilization reviews , and offer crisis intervention as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Master's degree in a mental health-related field (required). Registered with the BBS (ACSW, AMFT, APCC, etc. required). Experience with mental health treatment (1+ year preferred). Knowledge of co-occurring disorders and trauma-informed care. Familiarity with EMR documentation and compliance standards. A team player with empathy, integrity , and strong clinical skills .
