32/hr Overview Correctional Healthcare Partners (CHP) is seeking licensed mental health clinicians who are passionate about providing care to incarcerated individuals. LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and other qualified licensed mental health professionals are encouraged to apply. This role focuses on delivering high-quality mental health services, supporting the development of clinical programming, and contributing to the supervision and growth of pre-licensed mental health clinicians. Key Responsibilities Monitor, assess, and document patient behaviors, symptoms, and clinical progress Participate in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans Support the development and expansion of mental health programming and curriculum Provide individual, group, and family therapy services to a youth and/or incarcerated population caseload Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to ensure coordinated, comprehensive patient care Participate in discharge planning to support continuity of care upon release or transfer Provide weekly supervision, consultation, and documentation review for 1-3 pre-licensed mental health clinicians Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards Engage in multidisciplinary case discussions and treatment planning meetings Qualifications Active, unrestricted California clinical license:
LMFT, LCSW, LPCC
(or equivalent mental health licensure) Experience working with individuals experiencing behavioral health and mental health challenges Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing Demonstrated ability to conduct effective individual and group therapy sessions Strong understanding of behavioral health treatment principles and clinical documentation standards Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary and correctional healthcare environment Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical judgment skills Work Environment On-site position within a correctional facility Must be comfortable working in a secure, structured, and high-accountability environment
