This contract position will assist with payer enrollment, credentialing, and clinical readiness activities as we expand access to care in the state. This is a flexible, 1099 hourly consultant role. Clinical service opportunities may become available in the future based on mutual interest and business needs. Responsibilities Credentialing & Licensure Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations Participate in occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launch Participate in 1-2 user research interviews to understand the AZ landscape - provider attitudes, patient attitudes towards care Help identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space and facilitate introductions where appropriate Qualifications Active, unrestricted Arizona license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist Eligible for credentialing with commercial and government payers Experience delivering behavioral health services in outpatient or telehealth settings preferred Strong organizational skills and timely completion of credentialing requirements Interest in supporting innovative, technology-enabled care delivery models Active Arizona Medicaid enrollment preferred Arizona state residency required Engagement Details Independent Contractor (1099) $50/hr, paid monthly via invoice Flexible schedule, estimated at about 1 hour per week Limited time commitment during launch phase Opportunity to expand involvement as patient services launch in Arizona
