Psychotherapy Full Job Description Company Overview:
Los Gatos Therapy Center (LGTC) provides evidence-based mental health treatment services to individuals of all ages and backgrounds throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Our programs are designed to support clients with complex clinical needs through structured, high-quality care delivered by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
Overview:
We are seeking a licensed therapist to provide Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical setting. This role involves in-person client care, evening availability, and close coordination with a clinical team. You will work with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions. This position is ideal for clinicians who are motivated, adaptable, and committed to providing ethical, evidence-based, and culturally responsive care while working toward independent licensure.
Duties:
Conduct comprehensive client assessments Facilitate preparation and integration psychotherapy sessions Provide therapeutic support during ketamine-assisted sessions Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to support client care
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, AMFT, APCC, ASW, or Licensed Psychologist) Interest in or experience with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (training available for qualified candidates, if applicable) Availability for in-person work, including late afternoon and evening hours Experience using electronic health records (EHR) systems Strong interpersonal, clinical, and documentation skills Bilingual or multilingual ability preferred (but not required)

Pay:
From $80,000.00 per year
