//dbh.care for more information. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients through evidence-based interventions, supportive counseling, and holistic care approaches. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health and substance use assessments to develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy to clients with mental health and substance use disorders. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including case managers, psychiatrists, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive client care. Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to ongoing case consultations. Deliver psychoeducation to clients and families on topics such as coping strategies, relapse prevention, and emotional regulation. Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health and substance use treatment. Qualifications Active California licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) . Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health or substance use treatment settings. Strong understanding of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse client populations. Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred but not required).
