Associate Therapist (ASW, AMFT, APCC) - Day Treatment Intensive Program (DTI) Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Ready to move beyond traditional outpatient therapy? Join Exodus Recovery's Day Treatment Intensive (DTI) Program in Vista, where you'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team providing Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services to adults experiencing serious mental illness and co-occurring behavioral health needs. Why Join Exodus? ✔ Monday-Friday Schedule (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) ✔ Program operates in accordance with County-approved service hours and holiday schedules ✔ Paid BBS Clinical Supervision During Work Hours for Eligible Associates ✔ Work in a Structured PHP/IOP Setting Rather Than a Traditional High-Volume Outpatient Caseload ✔ Adults-Only Population ✔ Collaborative Multidisciplinary Team ✔ Strong Clinical Leadership and Administrative Support ✔ Opportunities for Growth and Advancement ✔ Mission-Driven Organization Making a Difference in Our Community What You'll Do Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups Complete assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation Provide individual support and crisis intervention as needed Coordinate care with hospitals, outpatient providers, managed care plans, and community partners Support participants transitioning from higher levels of care back into the community Utilize evidence-based interventions including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, and recovery-oriented practices Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and care coordination Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field ASW, AMFT, or APCC registration preferred Candidates eligible to obtain BBS registration within 60 days of hire are encouraged to apply Experience working with adults experiencing serious mental illness preferred Experience facilitating groups and providing behavioral health services preferred Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills Valid California Driver's License and acceptable driving record About the Program The Day Treatment Intensive (DTI) Program provides structured outpatient behavioral health treatment for adults experiencing serious mental illness and co-occurring behavioral health needs. The program includes both Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services, offering participants a higher level of support than traditional outpatient treatment while helping them remain connected to their communities. Participants attend therapeutic groups, receive individualized support, engage in medication and recovery services, and work toward goals related to symptom stabilization, independent living, wellness, and community reintegration. Many participants transition to the program following hospitalization, crisis services, or other higher levels of care and benefit from a multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping them build lasting stability and independence. $70,304.00 - $79,040.00 per year
