POSITION OVERVIEW
Outpatient behavioral health position focused on psychosocial assessments and treatment planning Provide care to a diverse patient population within an integrated care model Collaborate with medical and behavioral health professionals in a multidisciplinary environment Serve underserved populations within a mission-driven community health organization Join an established healthcare organization serving the community for more than 30 years
SCHEDULE
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM No Nights No Weekends No On-Call Responsibilities
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Salary:
$72,000 - $82,000 Student Loan Repayment Eligibility up to $50,000 Health Insurance (Employer Pays 60%) 401(k) with 4% Employer Match 143 Hours PTO 7 Paid Holidays $3,500 Annual CME Allowance 5 CME Days Relocation Assistance Available Life Insurance Disability Coverage Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is conducting the recruitment process for this opportunity.
