Job description: Mental Health Therapist (LSW, LPCC) Gather & Grow provides strength-based, neuro-affirming, interdisciplinary care to autistic and neurodivergent individuals across the age-span. Our interdisciplinary team includes Speech Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Therapy, Life Skills Coaching, and Family and Caregiver Support. Job Description As a mental health therapist at Gather & Grow, you will provide outpatient individual and group-based therapy for neurodivergent children, adolescents, and families. Mental Health Therapy
- provide assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing mental health therapy services for neurodivergent clients experiencing impacts of trauma and marginalization, anxiety, depression, OCD or other co-occurring mental health conditions LGBTQ+, Neuroaffirming Approach
- maintain up to date knowledge of best practices in intersectional, identity affirming care and liberation-based models of health/psychology, adapt therapeutic interventions to support individual differences in communication, cognitive processing, and sensory regulation Interdisciplinary Care
- collaborate with team of occupational, speech, and mental health therapists through team meetings and individual case consultation to provide interdisciplinary care for all clients Privacy
- Abide by the Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA) as well as ethics as identified by the applicable governing and licensing bodies Documentation
- Complete client SOAP notes, incident reports, treatment plans, monthly reports, and other required documentation in timely manner Productivity
- Maintain an average of 15 hour minimum billable hours for part time employment Service Area
- Provide services to clients primarily in-office at our Broomfield location, with potential for some telehealth services. Communication
- Proactively and professionally communicate with teammates, supervisor(s), company Director(s) and support staff.
Delegating responsibilities to teammates as needed and appropriate. Communicating with clients and families throughout the week via email, phone, and text. Pay range is dependent upon experience. Position may be fulfilled through an independent contract or employment relationship, depending on the independence, qualification, and licensure of the therapist. Supervision will be provided for pre-licensed clinicians in social work or professional counseling.

Qualifications:
Provisional licensure in social work or professional counselling (LSW, LPCC) or independent licensure in any mental/behavioral health field (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) (Required) 1+ years of experience in direct service working with neurodivergent individuals and/or individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities (Required) Post-degree experience or training in neuroaffirming therapy modalities with children and adolescents such as AutPlay (Preferred) CPR Certification (Preferred)
