00 Hourly Quick Apply Description This part-time position provides drug and alcohol assessment, psychosocial, and pharmacological treatment to adults who are living with a substance use disorder (SUD), including Opiate Use Disorder in an outpatient setting. This clinical position is responsible for performing counseling duties and will be supervised by the Clinical Director. This position will maintain an ongoing caseload and complete corresponding documentation of client's behavior, progress, problems, etc. in a timely manner. Documentation will be maintained in an electronic health record database. This position will work with patients who are referred from the Criminal justice system and/or other referral sources (i.e., department of social services). Evening and weekend hours will be necessary as well. Some shifts will be morning shifts between the hours of (8:00am-4pm) and others may be day/afternoon shifts between the hours of (1pm-8:00pm).
  • Providing assessments of clients for admission to treatment.
  • Performing SUD evaluations.
  • Completing patient intakes (new).
  • Performing group, individual and family counseling.
  • Using evidence-based practices for treating offenders and criminal-justice involved populations.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in client charts.
  • Developing and carrying out individualized treatment plans as well as linking client's treatment progress to referral sources.
  • Conduct weekly individual sessions to monitor client's progress, as needed.
  • Address client behaviors in the milieu, assign treatment assignments/interventions.
  • Performing other work as assigned or required. Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a behavioral health discipline
  • Licensure or candidate for licensure in Colorado in a behavioral health discipline (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, PSY)
  • Previous experience with treatment of substance use disorder.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records system preferred.
  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
  • Licensed with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) as: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), (PREFERRED)Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist (LP).
