Job Description

Our outpatient programs provide evidence‑based, recovery‑oriented behavioral health services in a supportive, team‑based environment. As an Outpatient Therapist , you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high‑quality therapeutic services while supporting coordinated care and positive outcomes for our clients. Provide behavioral health consultation, biopsychosocial assessments, counseling, and evidence‑based interventions to individuals, groups, and/or families Utilize strength‑based wellness and recovery models to support client engagement and progress Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure integration of services and coordinated care Promote optimal client outcomes through effective treatment planning and service delivery Complete clinical documentation to meet regulatory, contractual, and organizational requirements Maintain accurate, legible, and timely documentation within established timelines Participate in specialized training and professional development opportunities Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education, and ability of the employee Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active Colorado licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT Experience working in a behavioral health or clinical treatment setting Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention Experience using evidence‑based counseling models Knowledge of DSM‑5, recovery‑oriented care, and trauma‑informed practices Ability to work effectively within an electronic health record (EHR) system A culture rooted in compassion, care, and integrity, where clinicians are valued as people first. Full Time Littleton, CO Licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT): $69,000 - $73,500 (based on experience and licensure)
