We are a locally-owned, therapist-led mental health care organization in Denver providing substance abuse and mental health services to supervised criminal justice clients. Our clients are primarily felony offenders living in a halfway house or in the community on parole. We have clinicians providing jail-based behavioral services, and are also working with criminal justice clients in diversion programs. We are currently seeking therapists interested in both part-time and/or full-time work. The position consists of a mix of day and evening work. This primarily includes conducting groups, intake assessments, and individual therapy. We focus on providing effective and evidence-based treatments for all our clients. Our Forensic Therapists are responsible for the corresponding clinical documentation for the services provided, and collaboration with case manager and parole officers on client cases as well. Work days are Monday through Friday, and we offer a flexible schedule; the majority of our group therapies run in the evenings (between 5:00pm and 8:45pm) and are currently offered to clients Monday through Thursday, so therapists can typically expect to work 3-4 evenings each week. We are also seeking therapists with interest and availability to provide treatment at our main office in Denver and facilitate treatment out of our Englewood location in one of the facilities. The group and individual interventions in Englewood would be daytime hours only as part of our Dual Diagnosis Treatment Program. As an organization, we value training and professional development, and focus on cultivating a collaborative and engaging atmosphere with one another.
