Job Description
Utilizing a wide variety of person centered and culturally sensitive treatment modalities, this position works inside our Residential Treatment and outpatient programs. You will be joining an organization full of passionate professionals and will work closely within a team environment to aid justice involved clients in regaining control over their lives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delivers and appropriately documents individual, group, and case management services to clients.
- Conducts substance use (and Mental Health if applicable) examinations and diagnostic assessments to establish appropriate diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Meets ATC's standards for: client care hours completion of all required documentation (within 48 hours) compliance with treatment/service plans
- Works with clients and their natural systems to identify treatment goals and objectives.
- Maintains professional licensure and certifications as required for program (ATC reimburses cost of licensure renewal).
- Utilizes centralized scheduling.
- Maintains chart/documentation according to the standards outlined by ATC.
- Attends staff meetings and supervision as requested/required.
- Collaborates with other multidisciplinary teams to coordinate client care plans.

Salary is contingent upon licensure; commensurate with education, certifications, and relevant experience.Job Types:
