This is a highly impactful role working directly with patients during a critical phase of treatment, within a structured and team-oriented clinical environment. The Evening Clinician will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments and intakes, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and facilitating both individual and group counseling sessions. You will work closely with medical and clinical staff to monitor patient progress, support stabilization, and coordinate appropriate next levels of care. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with internal teams to ensure continuity of care. This position offers a consistent evening schedule, either Monday through Friday or Sunday through Thursday, with hours of 3:00pm - 11:00pm or 4:00pm - 12:00am.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field Connecticut licensure or license eligibility required Experience working with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
Salary and Benefits:
