E & P Therapy, LLC Position Overview E & P Therapy, LLC is seeking a fully licensed clinician to join our growing outpatient mental health practice in Colchester, CT. This position is ideal for a clinician trained in EMDR who is looking for a supportive, collaborative environment with strong administrative backing and a steady referral stream. Responsibilities Provide individual outpatient therapy services, with a focus on trauma-informed care and EMDR Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely clinical documentation Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with licensing board regulations Collaborate with other clinicians as needed to support client care Manage a consistent caseload based on availability Schedule In-person availability required: Tuesday afternoons/evenings Wednesday afternoons/evenings Optional additional hours, including weekends, available based on clinician preference Qualifications Fully licensed in Connecticut (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist) EMDR training required (certification preferred) Experience working with a diverse client population Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently while being part of a team Compensation & Benefits $65 per clinical hour 401(k) with employer match Flexible scheduling options Steady referrals provided Billing, marketing, and administrative support handled for you Work Environment Beautiful, fully furnished office space Access to Wi-Fi, waiting room, and group room Inclusive, welcoming practice culture Why Join E & P Therapy?
