Your Role As a Licensed Clinician at IWG, you will: Provide high-quality, culturally responsive therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Develop individualized treatment plans based on client goals, history, cultural background, and life experiences. Maintain accurate, ethical treatment records. Collaborate with peers during clinical rounds to support client growth and your own professional development. Take part in special projects, groups, or initiatives that serve our community. Requirements Current CT license (LMFT, LCSW, LPC). Experience in trauma-informed care strongly preferred. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
