IOP Clinician BHcare Inc.•3.7 North Branford, CT Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Electronic health records (EHR) management Master's degree Working with individuals with mental health conditions Full Job Description Help Children, Adolescents and Families Heal, Grow, and Thrive We are seeking a compassionate and skilled IOP Clinician to join our Children's Intensive Outpatient Program . This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about group-based treatment, collaboration with families and schools, and supporting children and adolescents through meaningful behavioral health care. As an IOP Clinician, you will provide structured, intensive group therapy , collaborate closely with caregivers and community partners, and play a key role in helping young clients build stability and resilience. This position is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week.
The schedule is as follows:
Monday:
10am•5:30pm,
Tuesday:
9am-6:30am,
Wednesday:
10am•5:30pm,
Thursday:
10am-6pm and
Friday:
12pm•5pm. What You'll Do Clinical & Therapeutic Services Facilitate daily structured group therapy for children and adolescents in an intensive outpatient setting Maintain an assigned caseload and provide high-quality, developmentally appropriate care Track and document client progress within the program's clinical systems Collaboration & Care Coordination Maintain regular collateral contact with parents, schools, and community providers Provide clinical consultation to schools, internal programs, and community resources Participate in discharge planning in collaboration with program leadership and psychiatry Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with program policies Prepare reports, evaluations, and correspondence for external agencies as required Utilize electronic health records (EHR) and Microsoft 365 tools effectively Professional Development & Team Support Participate in trainings, workshops, and in‑service seminars Assist in the supervision and support of graduate-level interns when applicable Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care Why Join Us? MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Social Work or related mental health field required Professional CT Licensure required (LCSW highly preferred, will consider licensed eligible LMSW or other mental health license (e.g., LPC). A minimum of one year's experience working with children or adolescents in mental/behavioral health related setting. Experience is not required to be post graduate Must be proficient in Microsoft 365. Must be able to navigate through electronic health records system (EHR).
PROFESSIONAL LICENSURE /CERTIFICATIONS
Professional CT Licensure required (LCSW highly preferred, will consider licensed eligible LMSW or other mental health license (e.g., LPC).
