The Outpatient Clinician is an integral part of the McCall continuum of care that includes a multi-disciplinary treatment team. The Outpatient clinician works collaboratively with clients with co-occurring disorders to create an individualized recovery experience that addresses the root causes of their addiction and/or mental health diagnosis to facilitate sustained healing and recovery. This whole-person approach involves individual and group therapies, initial evaluations, support for medication-assisted recovery, and other pathways to wellness. Full-time/Exempt Pay range begins at $65,000 for Associate Licensed Clinicians Pay range begins at $70,000 for Fully-Licensed Clinicians
QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree and licensure or associate licensure in a clinical field required. Previous experience with addiction and mental health treatment required. Previous experience with an electronic health record preferred. Ability to communicate in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred. Must have exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills and be highly independent.License eligible as:
LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LADC
in the state of CT. Previous experience working in an Outpatient/IOP setting preferred.Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk, using the phone, and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.BENEFITS 4

Comply with all federal, state, and accreditation regulatory requirements. Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments as part of the initial evaluation. Facilitate group therapy, including intensive outpatient programs, CBT, DBT, EMDR, and other evidence-based group therapeutic interventions. Collaborate with family members, former providers, and referral sources. Create a comprehensive and collaborative treatment plan, including referrals to all wraparound services to best serve the whole person. This includes but is not limited to primary care, psychiatry, recovery coaches, Recovering Together, case management, and other community programs connected with our partner agencies. Conduct therapeutic treatment utilizing trauma-informed interventions and care that addresses root causes of distress. Maintain clinical chart via electronic medical records in accordance with agency and accreditation standards. All documentation needs to be completed to meet organizational standards. Participate in individual and group clinical supervision. Engage in ongoing professional development through training.Similar remote jobs
