Job Description

Licensed Therapist (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) — Bonita Springs, FL Lado Healing Institute is an established outpatient psychiatry practice serving Southwest Florida since 2002. We're seeking a compassionate, motivated licensed therapist to join our clinical team and provide therapy to patients across the lifespan — children, adults, and families — alongside our psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners. This is an excellent fit for a clinician who wants a steady patient flow without building a practice from scratch: as an insurance-accepting practice with a 20+ year referral base, we keep our clinicians' schedules full. Required — please do not apply without this: Active Florida license in good standing: LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT (Chapter 491) Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, marriage & family therapy, or a related clinical field Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and HIPAA-compliant documentation (Florida Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns working toward licensure may be considered, with supervision.)
Responsibilities:
Conduct intake assessments and DSM-5 diagnostic evaluations to inform individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, motivational interviewing, trauma-focused approaches, and others) Coordinate care with our prescribing psychiatrists and nurse practitioners to support whole-person treatment Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in our EHR What we offer: A collaborative team and an established, respected practice Both in-person (Bonita Springs) and telehealth scheduling Performance-based compensation tied to patient volume (fee-for-service) — with our steady insurance-driven referrals, motivated clinicians have strong earning potential If you're a licensed Florida clinician passionate about quality mental health care, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay:
$48,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Benefits:
401(k) Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off
Education:
Master's (Preferred)
Work Location:
