Overview Join our dynamic mental health team as a Licensed Therapist (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families seeking support. In this vital role, you will provide expert psychotherapy, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans to promote mental wellness. Whether working in outpatient clinics, inpatient settings, or via telehealth platforms, you will be at the forefront of delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers clients to overcome challenges and thrive. Duties Deliver individual therapy sessions employing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) Provide specialized counseling for diverse populations including children with developmental disabilities, individuals with autism spectrum disorder, geriatrics, and those experiencing PTSD or grief. Document all patient interactions meticulously in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards. Utilize telehealth experience to extend services remotely while maintaining high-quality patient engagement and confidentiality. Qualifications Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Proven experience in psychotherapy, behavioral therapy, addiction counseling, grief counseling, or related fields. Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and crisis management protocols. Experience working with children, individuals with disabilities—including autism—and diverse populations such as geriatrics or those facing gender issues counseling. Proficiency in medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards. Skilled in patient assessment, intake procedures, and clinical research methodologies. Competence in providing telehealth services along with clinic or inpatient experience preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage patients effectively across individual and group therapy settings.
