$24.46/hr (+ $5,000 community-based additive)

  • Conduct Community Behavioral Health Assessments (CBHA) to evaluate mental health and substance use needs
  • Determine level of care recommendations based on clinical findings and established criteria
  • Complete timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation in the electronic health record
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate appropriate care and referrals
  • Provide crisis assessment and intervention services as needed
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines and documentation standards
  • Maintain knowledge of community resources and assist individuals in accessing appropriate services
  • Participate in team meetings, case staffing, and clinical supervision
  • Support a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to care
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support program goals What We're Looking For
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
  • Active licensure in the State of Florida (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) or Registered Intern working toward licensure
  • Experience in behavioral health assessment, crisis intervention, or community mental health services preferred
  • Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnoses and treatment criteria
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with co-occurring disorders
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR/EMR systems) Why You'll Love Working Here
