  • Provide individual and group counseling for mental health and substance use recovery
  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor progress and maintain clinical documentation
  • Support clients across early stages of recovery in a structured setting Compensation & Bonuses
Unlicensed:
$24.46/hr (+ $5,000 community-based additive)
    Licensed:
    $66K-$71K+ (based on experience)
      Sign-On Bonuses:
      $3,000-$5,000 after 30 days for select outpatient programs
      • Free Qualified Supervision toward LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC licensure What We're Looking For
      • Master's degree in a behavioral health field
      • Licensed or license-eligible professionals preferred
