JOB SCOPE
Provide direct clinical services and support to individuals and families living with behavioral health needs. Under the supervision of a licensed clinician, the practitioner delivers assessments, counseling, skills training, case coordination, and crisis support. This role delivers evidence-based interventions, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and develops treatment plans tailored to support recovery, resilience, and improved quality of life for clients while ensuring services are person-centered and culturally responsive. Essential Functions Summary Manage an active caseload of approximately 40 outpatient clients, delivering individual, group, and collateral counseling. Complete timely assessments, treatment plans, and reviews to meet state and agency deadlines. Provide at least 25 billable service hours weekly while maintaining accurate, compliant clinical records and documentation within 48 hours. Monitor and support client progress, aiming for 80% of treatment objectives met; administer satisfaction surveys to track outcomes. Collaborate with referral sources, community partners, and agency staff; participate in consultations, trainings, and meetings. Ensure compliance with confidentiality, reporting requirements (including mandatory abuse/neglect reporting), and all applicable regulations. Coordinate psychiatric services, offer crisis intervention, and provide bilingual interpretation for Spanish-speaking clients as needed. Maintain a professional, cooperative approach to support quality client care.
