Every day, individuals in our community are fighting to reclaim their lives from substance use disorders, trauma, and life challenges. Many of them need someone who not only understands their struggles—but speaks their language. At The Transition House and Inspire Counseling & Support Center, we're looking for a passionate Bilingual Clinician (English/Spanish) who believes recovery is possible and wants to be part of a team changing lives throughout Central Florida. This isn't just another counseling position. It's an opportunity to become an advocate, mentor, guide, and catalyst for transformation. What You'll Do As a Full-Time Clinician, you will: Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and screenings Develop individualized treatment plans Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions Provide culturally responsive services in both English and Spanish Support individuals navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges Coordinate care with community partners and referral sources Assist clients in building sustainable recovery and healthier futures Maintain clinical documentation and treatment records You will manage an active caseload while helping reduce barriers to treatment for underserved Spanish-speaking populations.
