- Provide screening, assessment, treatment, and referrals during incarceration and post-release
- Use evidence-based, trauma-informed care (Motivational Interviewing & CBT)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy
- Coordinate care and connect individuals to community resources
- Maintain accurate documentation and continuity of care
What You'll Bring:
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Licensed or license-eligible in a counseling-related field (preferred)
