Job Title:
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Therapist About the Role We are seeking a skilled and compassionate IOP Therapist to join our growing clinical team in Miami, FL to provide high-quality, evidenced-based care through group, individual, and family therapy. Key Responsibilities Facilitate structured IOP group therapy sessions (process, psychoeducation, skills-based) Provide individual and family therapy as clinically indicated Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed Collaborate with internal team members and external referral sources to ensure continuity of care Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and utilization reviews Ensure compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards Support crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary

Requirements:
